My Life Through Instagram, Part 2

A while back I posted 5 instagram collages here, in "My life through Instagram, part 1." I wanted to share pictures I have taken over the last year+ with instagram. It might be my favorite app! I love editing my pictures, sharing them with my friends, and seeing theirs. Here are 5 collages more of my instagram pics in "Part 2." More to come!

This was our trip to our local pumpkin patch in October. We went with my family. That's my guy being silly (as usual) and my nephew not loving that I'm trying to make him sit on a big pumpkin!

:::two:::

 That's my guy helping me with my branch project. Here's the d.i.y.  Gorgeous leaves outside my patio in the fall. The view from the patio of the store I work at as the sun was rising. The beach in Cayucos, CA- One of my favorite places in the world. I recommend visiting.

:::three:::

 Our trip to Tahoe for thanksgiving, check out that beard! My striped bed! (my favorite place in the world) My little nugget nephew all bundled up! Easy super festive christmas decor... spray painted pinecones, bright glittery ornaments, glass bowl and lights! Done!

:::four:::

My "name" necklace that I've had since I was 8 or 9 years old. It's hard to find "kara with a K" so I held on to it! I still wear it all the time! The view from the back porch in Tahoe. Fun nails, super bright pink with a grey statement nail. My jeans! I have to wear jeans for work so I've built up quite a collection.

My Guy and me at the office christmas party. Our reflection in an ornament! My favorite shoes. My curtains in my room- I love love love them. They are sheer linen with a gorgeous subtle pattern. Fave!

Weekend in Pictures

Weekends are just too short in my world. I'm sure I'm the only one who feels that way. :)

This weekend was really laid back and easy. (My favorite kind of weekend)

Here's a glimpse of my weekend through some snapshots!

FRIDAY:

 A few hours of my workday involved a painting project for one of my displays. Cross your fingers that it turns out for me, I'll finish it on Monday. The photo of the day challenge on Friday was #red so of course I showed off some red lipstick! I also found the time for a new manicure (mint + grey!) and a necklace re-do!

SATURDAY:

 My Mom/Sister/Nephew and I have a standing coffee date each weekend. We normally do it on Sunday mornings, but this week we met on Saturday since Sunday was my guy's birthday. It's always nice to catch up and hang out. My sister's mother-in-law and nephew were there this week too. Fun for all! (photo of the day was #loud, so the boys banging on the piano was perfect!) Then, Saturday evening I prepped a breakfast meal for my guy. It was an egg/hash brown/bacon casserole! It had to sit overnight before cooking first thing in the morning!

SUNDAY:

After waking up groggy from the lovely "springing forward" we had to do, I got right to work on the birthday breakfast! The casserole cooked, I made pancakes from scratch and brewed fresh coffee! We topped of the morning with mimosas on the patio and lounging on the couch. The last pick is a view from my lap...with my birthday guy and one of his girls. Sweet.

I hope everyone had a great weekend!...is it really almost Monday already?! ugh...
